We are Youth Force Halton, a dedicated mental health advocacy group operating under the support of Woodview Mental Health and Autism Services. Our organization is committed to raising awareness and actively reducing the stigma associated with mental health within our community.&nbsp;We are pleased to announce our upcoming event, Art Avenue, an art exhibition focused around the theme of mental health. This event will take place on June 3 to 6 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at The Hub, located at Burlington Centre (777 Guelph Line).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If you would like to submit a work of art to the show, please scan the QR code and complete the application. Are you an older adult who has difficulty using your mobile phone or tablet? Feel frustrated and stuck? Come to a Tech Café for help! We have trained volunteers to provide you with one-on-one support to help with navigating your device, using apps, texting, sharing photos, email, internet, online safety and more. Pop-Up Potential Starts Here

Burlington Centre and Burlington Green have partnered to keep our community clean with the "Clean Up Green Up" program. This is a eco-action opportunity for everyone in Burlington to get involved. Since we began hosting this city-wide event in 2011, more than 146,500 participants have joined this collective effort resulting in cleaner parks, streams, schoolyards and neighbourhoods. This year we aim to see 12,000 people participate.&nbsp;Everyone in Burlington is invited to organize a clean up and register it with us so we can track, measure and share the impact we have achieved, together. Burlington Centre is proud to be apart of the Burlington Waterfront Sculpture Trail, bringing the live sculptures at Spencer's Smith Park into Burlington Centre in a virtual way. To learn more about the project <a href="https://www.bwst.ca/augmented-reality-showcase" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">click here.</a> How does it work? <ul><li>There will be 10 large orange floor signs throughout Burlington Centre. Travel throughout the centre to experience the virtual sculptures.</li></ul> <ul><li>Scan the QR code with your phone and let the power of the Actuality app do the rest.
