Celebrate Mom with a refined three-tier tea service featuring delicate savories, freshly baked sweets, and premium loose-leaf teas. Mother's Day High Tea Week 

Did you know your diet can either contribute to or reduce inflammation in the body? Join Burlington Family Health Team Registered Dietitian for this session to learn about how the food we eat can play a role in inflammation, and what foods you should be choosing. Visit The Community Hub by entrance 1 on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. There is no cost for this session and you do not need to register - just drop in!

Burlington Family Health Team - Nutrition for Pain & Inflammation

Councillor Shawna Stolte is looking forward to connecting with the Ward 4 community over a cup of coffee. Drop by THE HUB at Burlington Centre&nbsp;(near Entrance 1/ Old Navy entrance) on Saturday, April 25th to share your questions, thoughts and suggestions - or even just to relax for a few minutes while you shop. Everyone is welcome!

Community Drop-In Sessions for Councillor Stolte

Are you an older adult who has difficulty using your mobile phone or tablet? Feel frustrated and stuck? Come to a Tech Café for help! We have trained volunteers to provide you with one-on-one support to help with navigating your device, using apps, texting, sharing photos, email, internet, online safety and more.
