Burlington Centre takes great pride in servicing its customers with store information, special events and details about our City of Burlington. We want you to feel appreciated and provide you with a place where the neighbourhood comes together.
Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Guest Services can be found between Shoppers Drug Mart and Peoples Jewellers.
Strollers, Walkers and Wheelchairs
Complimentary strollers, walkers and wheelchairs are available on a first come first served basis at Guest Services. Photo identification is required and customers are asked to sign a release form.
For the safety of your child/children, we recommend the child fit comfortably in the stroller.
Burlington Centre and Oakville Place Gift Cards can now be used at both properties, even the ones you’ve already purchased.
Classic Gift Card
There’s something for everyone in a Burlington Centre gift card. Perfect for any occasion, this little card is loaded with lots of potential. Maintenance Fees
Starting on the first day, of the sixteenth month after the card activation date, a non-refundable $2.50 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted each month from the card balance. A 3-month extension can be requested before these fees are charged, by contacting EML directly. A toll free number can be found on the back of the card. If you receive this extension, these fees cannot be charged for an additional 3 months.

Designated Parking Spaces: We have 81 disabled parking spaces on our property. There are also 16 parking spaces for expectant mothers and caregivers. Reserved parking for Healthcare Workers available at Entrance 6.
Family Services
We welcome families at Burlington Centre and have many amenities that will enhance their shopping experience.
Services: Travelling with small children? Parent designated parking spaces are located at each of our main entrances.
Nursing Room: Located in our Family Washroom, just off the Food Court.
