Sales Associates - Seasonal

Conspiracy Comics is looking for candidates eager to provide an engaging shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They'll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills and deep understanding of all things Pop Culture. We're a long-time family business with deep roots in the community but also with an eye to expansion and we need your help! Job Responsibilities:

• Represent the Conspiracy Comics brand in a positive and passionate manner.
• Understand store sales plans and complete sales goals.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure that all areas are up to the company's visual and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in the closing of the store, comfortable to close the store and work alone.
• Process retail sales transactions, close out the register and communicate any shortages or overages to management.
• Able to process exchanges, store credits and returns.
• Effectively use the POS system to search for items, transfer items, and better help customers.
• Keep an eye out for potential risk for shrinkage.
• Perform daily procedures, such as handling shipments, merchandising, and cashier duties.
• Provide customer-focused service, welcome customers and help resolve customer queries and complaints, uphold the customer service standard.
• Achieve established goals.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge.
• Assist the Team Lead and Store Manager in training new Sales Associate.
• Create customer accounts for customers and build customer relations through exceptional customer service.
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.
• Communicate openly with your Store Manager and Team Lead.
• Be knowledgeable of any company policies and procedures.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Store Manager or Team Lead.
